In striving to achieve our vision, we have structured our programs on a two-phased platform:
VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
It first focuses on identifying individual inclinations, habits and level of intellectual and
physical competencies or impediments with the intention to assess how best to help the selected
individual. The subsequent step will proceed with hands-on training on vocational skills in:-
Handicrafts
Socks Manufacturing
Plant Nursery
General Cleaning
Contract Packaging and Assembly of Products
The importance of this approach is to ensure that the disabled individual has access to training that
maximizes on his abilities and capabilities while not forgetting the hindrances posed by his physical
or intellectual shortcomings.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
This is a job-placement process when the disabled person is ready to join the society as an independent,
self-sufficient and self-reliant individual as best as his physical and / or intellectual abilities could allow him.
Clearly, we have a coordinated and comprehensive approach to educate and train socially—isolated people,
to develop work skills and help those who have little employment opportunities to gain employment.
